These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Prime Pallets SA (Pty) Ltd, registration number 0000/000000/07, VAT number 0000000000, 123 Placeholder Road, Industrial Park, Johannesburg, 2000, Gauteng. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Timber is a natural material, so sizes can vary by a few millimetres and appearance can differ from the photos. Reconditioned pallets are sold by the grade described on the product page.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is due in full when you place the order, using the options shown at checkout.
- If we find a pricing error after you order, we will tell you and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a refund. You can cancel an order before we dispatch it by contacting us as soon as possible.
Delivery and collection
Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
Returns and refunds
Returns are covered by our returns and refund policy.
Using pallets safely
You must use pallets within their rated load and in the way they are designed to be used. Check pallets for damage before every use. We are not responsible for loss caused by overloading, misuse or damage after delivery.
Our liability
We are liable for loss or damage only to the extent the law allows. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned, unless the law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or business interruption, except where the law says otherwise.

Keep your login details private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
Intellectual property
The text, images and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be dealt with by the South African courts, without limiting your right to approach the National Consumer Commission or the consumer court.
Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
