This policy explains how Prime Pallets SA (Pty) Ltd delivers orders placed on this website. All prices are in South African rand (ZAR) and include 15% VAT.
Where we deliver
We deliver to business and residential addresses across South Africa. Some remote areas may need a longer lead time or a higher delivery charge. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will tell you before you pay.
Delivery cost
The delivery cost is based on your delivery address, the number and size of the pallets and the vehicle needed. It is shown at checkout before you pay. For large or unusual loads we will send you a written quote instead.
How long delivery takes
We confirm an expected delivery date by email after you order. Dates depend on stock, quantity and distance. They are estimates unless we have agreed a date with you in writing.
Collecting from our warehouse
You can choose warehouse collection at checkout. We email you when the order is ready. Bring your order number and a vehicle suitable for the load. Our address and hours are on the contact page.
When your delivery arrives
- Someone must be on site to receive, count and sign for the load.
- Unless we agreed otherwise, you provide the equipment and people to offload the pallets, for example a forklift.
- Make sure the vehicle can reach the delivery point. If it cannot and we have to reschedule or redeliver, we may charge for the extra trip.
- Check the load while it is being offloaded and note any shortage or damage on the delivery note.
Damaged or missing items
Email info@primepalletssa.com within two business days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, a repair or a refund as set out in our returns and refund policy.
Delays outside our control
We do our best to deliver on the date we give you. Events we cannot control, such as severe weather, road closures, strikes, power outages or breakdowns at our suppliers, can cause delays. We will tell you as soon as we know.
When risk passes to you
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you when they are delivered to your address, or when you collect them from us.
