Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes 15% VAT, and you receive a tax invoice with each order.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes. Send us the dimensions and the quantity on the contact page. Custom pallets are quoted one by one, and the lead time is confirmed in the quote.
Do you give bulk prices?
Yes. If you need more than a few pallets, or want regular deliveries on a schedule, ask for a quote and we will price it directly.
How do I pay?
You pay online at checkout. The payment options available to you are shown on the checkout page.
Can I get a quote before I order?
Yes. Use the contact form and choose “Request a quote”.
Delivery and collection
Where do you deliver?
Across South Africa. The delivery cost depends on your address and the size of the order, and is shown before you pay or in your quote.
How long does delivery take?
We confirm a delivery date after you order. It depends on what is in stock, how many you need and how far the load has to travel.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes. Choose warehouse collection at checkout and we will email you when the order is ready. You can also book a visit to see the stock first.
Do I need to be there when it arrives?
Someone should be on site to receive the load, count it and sign for it. Tell us in advance if you need a truck with a crane or if you have no forklift for offloading. More detail is in our shipping policy.
Products
What sizes do you stock?
The most common are 1200 x 1000 mm and 1200 x 800 mm (Euro). Other sizes are listed in the shop, and we can build to a custom size.
What load can a pallet carry?
Check the product page for the rated load. If it is not listed for the pallet you are looking at, ask us before you load it.
What is a reconditioned pallet?
A used pallet that has been inspected, repaired where needed and graded by condition. It costs less than new and suits many local and closed-loop uses.
What does ISPM 15 mean?
It is the international standard for treating and marking wood packaging that crosses borders. Our export pallets are heat-treated and stamped so they can clear a port. Read more in our guide for exporters.
Returns and problems
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Check the load when it is offloaded. If something is wrong, email us with your order number and photos within two business days, and we will put it right. The full terms are in our returns and refund policy.
Can I return pallets I no longer need?
Unused standard pallets in their original condition can be returned within the period set out in our returns policy. Custom-made pallets can only be returned if they are faulty.
Do you buy back used pallets?
We collect and buy back sound pallets. Contact us with the quantity, size and condition and we will tell you what we can offer.
